made it through another week... now looking forward to leg day, sigh...  really appreciated Brandon's message on focus in and out to be a disciple... tomorrow we vote in the federal election.  Too bad we don't know of a leader that we can respect enough to vote firmly for.  The weather looks promising though... onwards & upwards or bust ~
