A Gift Dull, Shimmering and a Gift Cleaned

52.  Shimmering sun, first thing in the morning, it made me think of Ann's Moon... so bright, perfectly round and powerful. 

53.  Jaden home from ski hill, he actually shone... "Jenn took my picture Mom and now it's photo of the day"

54.  This seems dull, however I still consider it quite a gift.  Beautiful, hand built dressers and office desk refinished.

55.  We cleaned all the kids closets and most of their drawers.  It was a gift to have two fun ladies be able to come help us... Nina and Virginia.  Joshua loves it when they come (:

Gifts from the Past that help with the Future

49.  Gods word always available... remembering from when I was a little girl and now relearning as I listen to the Bible on CD... while I drive.

50.  Support for my hobby... as a little girl my father built a trailer for my horse and now my farmer husband bought one we can share.

51.  Memories of bowling with the Friday night youth group... as I watch my daughter bowl with her Christian School friends.

Ugly/Beautiful Gifts

43.  Reflecting past enjoyment with horse hobby.  Gift of help from friend to ship Onne from Holland to breed Claudia.  Nervous but I trust and am not scared or thinking negatively... any more.

44.  Reflecting on weddings of past, including our own.  Today was gifted with Kim (&Rob) and Sarah sitting down and talking wedding photos.  I'll stand beside her on Aug. 25th.

45.  Gift of participating in Joy.  A few coins to help two couples get away and heal from events in life that have come... not planned or understood.  May they find Joy again.

Gifts nearly worn out, new and made-do

40.  I nearly wore out... priorities all askew... the body told me, gave signs that I couldn't continue the way I was going... then...
